The design process begins with a consultation to discuss your ideas, needs and budget with our on-staff designer. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or just have a rough concept, our expert designer will draft a custom drawing of your driveway gate, illuminated metal sculpture, personalized metal sign or metal artwork.
Once you approve the design, we will finalize the dimensions and provide you with another drawing for your final approval.
Then, the production process begins. We only use high-grade steel, and each piece is hand selected to ensure your project is crafted from top-quality materials. Our craftsmen use a plasma cutter to transform each sheet of steel into, one-of-a-kind, decorative gates, signs and works of art. The precise cutting capabilities of our plasma cutter allows us to cut intricate, artistic designs with accuracy.
Our expert metal fabricators hand each craft gate post and outer frame to your specifications using a combination of precision cutting, grinding, hand bending and four-sided welding. To remove any rust, oil, dirt or fingerprints from the surface of the metal, each piece is sandblasted and cleaned, which is essential to achieving a beautiful, durable finish that will last for many years. Next, we apply a coat of zinc-rich primer, which provides excellent protection from rust and corrosion. Then, each piece is electrostatically powder coated with an exterior-grade, polyester powder coating and baked in a high-temperature kiln, which cures the finish and provides superior, long-lasting durability. If requested, an extra clear coat can be applied to further protect the finish.
Your custom product is carefully assembled and inspected by our craftsmen, then packaged for shipping or delivery. If you live in Colorado, we can deliver your metal gate, sign or sculpture to you in person. Shipping is also available anywhere within the United States.
